#159CalltoAction: Help New Georgia Project Action Fund with Flipping the Sixth
Just under 31,000 of 120,000 people of color voted in Sixth District on April 18. Our friends. the New Georgia Project Action Fund, is targeting New Georgia Project registrants and other people of color for its Get Out the Vote efforts in the next two weeks.
Statistics show a person is 15 percent more likely to vote with a combination of three reminders leading up to an election: door knocks, mail, phone call or text message. New Georgia Project Action Fund is using all of these tactics ahead of the June 20th election.
- NGP provides comprehensive early voting information for all three counties in the Sixth District.
- NGP partnered with My Ride to Vote to provide FREE rides to the polls for the runoff election on June 20, and Souls 2 the Polls for free rides on June 20.
