Education: GA. is one of 12 states that has to farm out to either other states or international to meet the needs of GA. business's for Higher paid jobs as wells as Higher tech position. Lets get higher learning as a top priority in Georgia in technical as well as academics . Increase the min. wage: Too many families work 40+ hours a week just to stay a float. Back in the day, one bread winner could sustain a middle class with a home, two cars, and save for their kids or the future. Now, it takes two breadwinners working 45-60 hours per week just to stay above water and that is wrong! Most Georgians live paycheck to paycheck. Lets keep the money in the hands of Georgians and not the government. Opioid epidemic: We are losing too many Georgians to the opioid crisis. Hold pharmaceuticals, pharmacist, and doctors accountable. Regulate!
DO YOU SUPPORT LEGISLATION THAT WOULD PREVENT BUSINESS OWNERS AND EMPLOYERS FROM DENYING SERVICES TO LGBTQ PEOPLE AND OTHERS BASED ON THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS?
No. Our basic fundamental ideals that this country is a free and open society; therefore, we must protect all citizens. As a business owner myself, that is open to the pubic, we must not be allowed to discriminate!
DO YOU SUPPORT ENDING CASH BAIL FOR LOW-LEVEL OFFENSES?
Yes. Low level offenses targets low income Georgians and it prevents from getting released; therefore, they are held until court which can be months. Most low level offenses is not a danger to the public.
DO YOU SUPPORT THE CREATION OF A NON-PARTISAN INDEPENDENT REDISTRICTING COMMISSION?
Yes. Either party, Democrats and Republicans, has its own interest when redistricting; therefore, should not play a roll. We all need proper representation to represent the people within the district
WOULD YOU SUPPORT AN ENGLISH-ONLY CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT IF IT WERE ON THE BALLOT?
No. As I am a son of an immigrant, I know first hand that people whom are seeking the beacon of hope do not always speak English. Should they learn English, Yes! As we all are immigrants, our descendants did not speak or read English.
DO YOU SUPPORT THE RIGHT OF WORKERS TO FORM A UNION AND BARGAIN COLLECTIVELY?
Yes. Unions have the bargaining power to protect the working class with higher wages, better benefits, and is not a job killer.
DID YOU/DO YOU SUPPORT GUNS ON CAMPUS?
No. I am a strong support of the 2nd Amendment and will do everything to protect the rights to bear arms for all Georgians; however, students need to focus on their studies.
DO YOU SUPPORT ELECTRICITY RATE INCREASES TO COMPLETE TWO NUCLEAR REACTORS AT PLANT VOGTLE?
No. We have been paying on this for a long time now! We need to go after the companies that went bankrupt to recoup the money we have already paid in.
DO YOU SUPPORT CHANGING GEORGIA'S VOTING SYSTEM TO A VOTER-MARKED (PEN OR PENCIL) PAPER BALLOT WITH OPTICAL SCANNERS?
Yes. This one is very simple: it protects the voter with checks and balances for proof of Georgia voter
DO YOU SUPPORT THE EXPANSION OF EARLY VOTING?
Yes. Most everyday Georgia have to work on a Tuesday; therefore, for our democracy to work we have to have the voter.
DO YOU SUPPORT PUBLIC VOUCHERS BEING USED FOR PRIVATE AND/OR CHARTER SCHOOLS?
Yes. So schools are failing and just because you can not live in an area that has schools that are preforming should not hold a student back. Knowledge is power!
DO YOU SUPPORT MEDICAID EXPANSION OR ANOTHER GEORGIA-SPECIFIC PLAN TO EXTEND HEALTH INSURANCE TO LOW-INCOME GEORGIANS?
Yes. Health care is becoming too expensive and Health insurance as well! We all need to look into why an IV bag that cost pennies to make cost nearly a $1,000 to the patient...Why?

Yes.
WOULD YOU SUPPORT EFFORTS TO STRENGTHEN SOCIAL SECURITY FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE RETIREES AND PUT THE PROGRAM ON A MORE STABLE FISCAL PATH?
Yes. Social Security should not be in trouble; however, we need to keep politicians from dipping into and it would take care of itself.
DO YOU SUPPORT A LIVABLE WAGE OF A MINIMUM OF $15 PER HOUR?
Yes! As a business owner, employees can not live on $7.25 p/hour. That is a fact! Now, $15.00 an hour is too steep for a small business to consume all at once. Therefore, I would say increase each year to off set inflation. But, we need to come to a starting point first then increase per year.
