#159CalltoAction: Demand All Kavanaugh Papers Be Released
Confirmation hearings for Bret Kavanaugh start the week of Sept. 4, despite the limited release of his judicial and administrative records.
"At this current pace, we have plenty of time to review the rest of emails and other records that we will receive from President Bush and the National Archives," Sen. Chuck Grassley said recently. "It’s time for the American people to hear directly from Judge Kavanaugh."
Except, given the years of 2003 to 2006 have not been released, the opposite is true. We, the American people, have not heard from the judge or his rulings.
It’s time to make some phone calls to our senators. Let’s go on the record as being opposed to hearings until the man’s complete record has been released. We have a right to know what kind of judge he is based on his records.
